Terms and Conditions - JSW Sports

Registration:
1.1. By enrolling in JSW Sports, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 
1.2. Registration requires accurate personal information and adherence to age requirements.

Payment: 
2.1. Fees are due upon registration and must be paid in full before participation. 
2.2. Refunds are subject to the academy's refund policy outlined on our website.

Conduct: 
3.1. Participants must demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect for coaches, staff, and fellow participants.
3.2. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to others may result in dismissal from the academy without refund.

Safety:
4.1. Participants must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by coaches and staff. 
4.2. JSW Sports is not liable for injuries sustained during participation, except in cases of negligence.

Communication: 
5.1. Participants and guardians agree to receive communications from JSW Sports via email, phone, or SMS. 
5.2. All official announcements and updates will be posted on our website.

Intellectual Property: 
6.1. All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, and training materials, are the intellectual property of JSW Sports.
6.2. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any materials is prohibited.

Termination: 
7.1. JSW Sports reserves the right to terminate enrollment for violations of these terms and conditions.
7.2. Termination may occur without refund at the discretion of the academy.

Governing Law: 
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bangaluru is located.

By registering with JSW Sports and participating in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
